Growth

We connect in small groups to grow in and strengthen our relationships with Christ and with each other. 

Our Growth streams include:

• Harvest (formerly Nursery) and Children's Church
• Youth Group
• Young Adults Group
• Small Groups/Bible Study Groups
• Prayer Group

Harvest (formerly Nursery) Church

• For Children 6 months - 4 years
• Teacher: Sheila Unruh
• Fostering a foundational love of Praise, Prayer and The Word through the Creation Curriculum.

Children's Church

• For Children ages 5-7 and ages 8-10
• Team Lead: Tammy McKenzie
• GO Curriculum: Both FUN and Biblically Deep

*IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ATTENDING NURSERY AND CHILDREN'S CHURCH*

• Children must be registered. Forms available at the office/Welcome Desk and registration desk.
• Guests will fill out a guest registration. If you decide to attend HAC regularly, you will be asked to register your child.
• Children are in the service with parents until Praise is complete. Parent/s will then take child to their room where they will sign them in.
• We are Plan To Protect® certifified and administer a comprehensive protection policy. Our registration/sign in/sign out procedures are to ensure the safety of your children while in our programs.
• All children are assigned a family number. If the teacher needs the parent/s, that number will appear on the screen at the front right side of the sanctuary.
• Before taking your child to class, please take them to the bathroom. If your child cannot toilet themselves, you will be called on to assist them should they need to visit the bathroom during class.
• Before class, check if your child is hungry or thirsty. It helps the volunteers if your child has their physical needs met before going in to children's church.

Youth

• Youth Group: Tuesday nights 7-9pm in the church lobby
• Ages 11 - 17
• Starts September 19
• Team Lead: Pastor Ryan

Sunday Youth 

• Every Second Sunday: Starts September 17
• Dismissed at the same time as Children's Church
• Co-Leads: Pastor Ryan, Gwen Nett
• Helping youth to grow their personal relationship with Christ

Young Adults

• Young Adults dinner and bible study: Mixed group at Gateway Community Church. Call Pastor Logan 780-898-5765

Small Groups/ Bible Studies

Monday afternoon Ladies Study

• Mondays 1-3pm
• Meets in Church Lobby: Includes Praise, Prayer, Communion and Study
• Co-Leads: Lisa Chell, Jody Fitzgerald
